If you can view the homepage but you cannot log in, a few things can be wrong: Password is incorrect or your CAPS lock is on. Please make sure you allow the use of Cookies or you will not be able to log in. If you have forgotten your password then you can have it emailed to you by following the link "pasword forgotten?" on the login dialog. The password will be emailed to the email address you used when registering your account. If you haven't been online for a long time then your profile may have been removed. In that case you will have to register again.
This error message from the Chat system usually is caused by the Internet connection being slow or failing. This might be caused by a technical malfunction at your Internet Service Provider. But it can also be caused by overburdening the Internet connection by simultaneously using a WebCam and downloading large files. This error also occurs when we are perfoming a maintenace reboot on our chatserver.
This message fromt he chatsystem can occur if the chatsystem has been disconnected too long. This is usually solved by reloading the webpage.
This is usually caused by a failing internet connection. A continuous (fast) connection is necessary to make and keep contact with the webserver and chatserver. Instable (internal) networks, Internet connections or WiFi connections can cause problems using the Web site.
