Membership
Be Collared is a service provided for adults wishing to meet other adults. In order to join Be Collared you must be over 18 years old. Membership may be terminated at any time by either party upon sending the other party formal notice of termination by Email. Be Collared reserves the right to terminate memberships without notice for any breach of the Terms of Use. Members must at all times operate their membership in the spirit in which it is intended and as such, will not harass, mislead, abuse or insult other members and will not use offensive or obscene words, or use advertising materials in any of their online communications. It is not permitted to use Be Collared as a recruitment medium for clubs, communities, website's or competitive activities. It is not allowed to list websites, phone numbers, e-mail addresses and/or other personal contact information (outside of Be Collared) in the profiles and in the forums. It is not allowed to upload pictures that are not personal in nature, or depict other people then the members involved. It is not allowed to upload pictures that are copyrighted or owned by a third party. When we detect any members violating against our Terms of Use, we have the right to investigate and when necessary to take action.

In case of a violation of these terms, Be Collared can terminate the membership immediately without refunding any previously payed membership contributions.
